Lightbox and 360View don't show up

Hello Webrotate Team,

I was testing your free magento Extension
WebRotate 360 Product Viewer with prettyPhoto Lightbox Image Gallery
on a fresh installed magento Shop latest Version.
Everything worked fine.

Now I tried to install your Extension on our Live System and it doesn’t work.

I don’t see Lightbox and 360 Product Viewer.
I installed Version 2.5.3 as described in the Release Notes here:

The difference between Test and Live System is: live System is working with Magento Version 1.5.1. and I deinstalled the Extension Magic Zoom [removed]

Do I have to change/configure something else?

Hi there! Looks like you have a conflict with the fancybox lightbox script or whichever 3d party plugin that got it installed there for you.

You may need to either uninstall that plugin (since our plugin already comes with the lightbox ) or use our Ad-hoc integration instead that you can configure in the WebRotate 360 Product Viewer Settings in the Magento admin (checkout the notes on the settings screen at the top under Readme).
