Player Jumps Out Of Position At A Point Of Scaling

Hi,

First off, great product.

I am having an issue where most of the screen resolutions the embedded player is sized great. However, at like 1280 on a desktop or on a tablet the player jumps out of the assigned Joomla module and into the middle of the screen wider.

So if I spread the browser wider it works great then at one point jumps out, then as I keep going it goes back into the module. This also happens opposite way as I scale the browser smaller.

I am using Joomla 3.

Hi Charles and thanks for the kind words!

The viewer just follows its wrapping container whichever it happens to be in your Joomla theme. I suspect your responsive theme has an issue at certain resolution which makes the parent container (where the 3D product viewer is embedded) to jump out of the layout. It's just a guess - if you share a link to that page, we can review and comment quickly.
