360 webrotate is not displaying on my squarespace website

We already bought the webrotate 360 product but it's not working on our squarespace website under the name of Ryan.

I followed the steps on your blog http://www.webrotate360.com/blog/2015/w ... pace.aspx#. But still not working.

Can you please assist me on how to display it on my website? I need this issue fixed before Friday because we are already launching by Friday. Thanks.
