Viewer size problem

Hello,
I added viewer here:
http://tracers.ru/shop/tactic-backpack
when I am going to another tab then click on any image and then come back to 360 tab - viewer lose his size and become tiny.
What is the problem?

Hi Oleg,

Can you please change your shortcode config path to the following (i.e relative path)?

/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/Tactic/Tactic.xml

...as we can't currently test your link as it defaults to en.tracers.ru/shop/tactic-backpack for us, and the absolute path you used for the path to your 3D product view xml stops working.

Once you update the shortcode, we should be able to test and comment.

Hello,
I changed path to relative but it still not working on english page.
I used: /wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/Tactic/Tactic.xml
and othet paths with '../..' before wp-content etc.
I can send you login info but can't find PM here.

Looks like you have configured redirect rules as the request for the xml file is still being redirected to tracers.ru..

Are you familiar with your redirect setup or do you need help with this?

I tried to remove existing redirect but it didn't change anything

Hi Oleg, can you please confirm whether you have our PRO license by any chance as it may speed it up?

PS: investigation of the redirects like you requested will take a few days otherwise as we have a few requests like this every day and they go into one queue that we work through

got it. I don't have PRO yet. I just installed you plugin to test it out first. I like it but have mentioned issue.
