Main Image - Thumbnail errors

Hi everyone,

I have a magento site and can get webrotate on the main image but it will not show up the other images now.
screenshots attached.

Any advice would be great.

Hi there and thanks for your message. Was webrotate module configured as Ad-hoc or Standard integration in Admin?

If it's Ad-hoc, it may not work out-of-the-box with those Magento skins that expand the thumbnail images in place of the main product image, i.e not via a popup "lightbox". Reason being that we never know how a third-party skin is implemented exactly to work with the thumb gallery (they all do it differently) to hook up correctly in this case. Though if the thumbs expand as popup/lightbox, the Ad-hoc mode should generally work.

Standard integration on the other hand will replace your skin's thumb gallery with the one we supply that uses prettyPhoto lightbox to show the expanded thumbs so this should also work but may need some minor styling to look good with your skin.
