Not Loading... what am I missing?

Hi guys thanks in advance for your help,

I've read other posts and tried to solve the issue myself but can't seem to find what I am doing wrong.

Here is the code I have entered into the 'text' tab of my new wordpress page:

[wr360embed name="JeremySpin" width="100%" height="450px" config="/www.__removed__.com/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/JeremySpin/jeremyspin.xml"]

any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for contacting us here! It's an easy fix I think. Please change your current config="..." in the shortcode above to this:

config="/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/JeremySpin/jeremyspin.xml"

In addition to fixing the main issue which is the forward slash and no http:// at the front of the URL, the updated path is relative and will work regardless of a sub domain (ie with www. or without).
