Not Working on Product Page

Hello,

I have several shortcodes working correctly, however I cannot get the plugin to work on a woocommerce product page. I am entering the correct/same Config File URL as I do in the shortcodes, yet nothing at all appears on the product page. Please let me know what I may be doing wrong. Thank you.
