Cannot load .jpeg files - only .jpg?

Hi,

I have thousands of products images to process, and the software that I am using before the spoteditor outputs ONLY .jpeg image files, which spoteditor cannot find - it can only find .jpg files. Can I set the file extension types allowed by spoteditor anywhere - Can I make a change on an initialization file in the program install folder or some other place? Without this, I have to rename all files before I can get them into spoteditor.

Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Hi Greg,

We don't have such config yet unfortunately but we can quickly add .jpeg support to our software and send you a new build. Will this work?

And if so, how soon do you need this?

Just to update this thread, we sent a one-off release to Greg which worked out well. The changes will be in the upcoming release but you may request it here at any time.
