Can't see the 3d files in browser

Hi,

I have an Issue with the software. After I close the app and go to the saved file and try to open it, with the same browser (example: saved for Chrome, I open it with Chrome) it doesn't show. I can only see the result when the app automatically opens it in browser, after that...it white
