Could not load configuration file

I have absoletely no idea how i need to fix this. Do i have an old beta version installed? I followed every step and tried many different ways. I can't do it without wordpress. That would kill me.

Even though the path is right, he still thinks the xml file is not there. Can anyone help?

Hi Rams, when I checked it the last time when it was still integrated your xml link was not correct. It had FTP path not the usual HTTP that would look like this http://www.dipyourcar.nl/Your360Product ... mlFile.xml

If you re-enable the viewer on this page by inserting the old xml link you used yesterday, I will tell you what the URL should be exactly.

What entered in "full path" on the wordpress edit page was

http://www.dipyourcar.nl/www/wp-content/360/Fiat/360_assets/NewProject1/newproject1.xml

I just don't see what went wrong.

Please remove /www/ from the path - it will need to look like this. I hope this works.

This doesn't make sense to me. But it worked. I rotated a car. Not smooth on the website though.

You can try to play with the drag speed in xml file - please change it to something like 0.13 (ie dragSpeed="0.13" - use dot instead of comma) or similar to make the mouse drag faster and it will look smoother.

Also please make sure "powered by WebRotate 360" can be seen in full in the right corner as the way it's integrated right now is against our free license end user agreement that is included with every free download. Thanks in advance.
