Demo site for Bigcommerce doesn't work on mobile?

I'm considering whether to try this product on Bigcommerce. I previewed the demo link (http://bigcommerce.360-product-views.co ... uffle-bag/) and it works nicely on my PC. But on my phone (Android 7.0, Chrome) it doesn't show a 360 view. In fact it shows the duffle bag instead of the sneaker.

Does the Bigcommerce integration not work for mobile devices?

Hi, it's just a property of the demo theme we used, i.e the page block that we used to embed the 360 is hidden on mobile devices.

Our 360 product views will work in BigCommerce on mobile devices as well, although it may require hosting the actual 360 product images outside of BigCommerce's WebDAV as their WebDAV content servers do not send HTTP cache headers to the web browsers (to ask browsers to cache the images as it's the case with the rest of BigCommerce's content) so spinning may appear jerky on some device / browser combinations.
