Drag & Release

I would like to know if theres possible to smooth out the drag and release function.
In my project if i drag the image to the left or right it stops directly after let my finger or mouse go.

I would like to drag the image to the left/right and after i let my mouse/finger go it would go a couple of frames forward/backwards before it stops.

Is there any easy way to implement that in the xml?
