full screen

I'm using the free version of the plugin (3.5.12) with ad-hoc integration and Embed In Place No (popup version). When I use the full screen button an empty white page open up without 360 image

Hi, free version doesn't support the full-screen feature unfortunately (more details). You may hide the full-screen button when publishing your 360 product view in SpotEditor or directly in the published xml file (showFullScreenButton="false").
