Hosted all files on another hosting

Hello... Im currently using 360 plugin for woocommerce & hosted all files on the same server with my wordpress site without any issues, but when i try to add the config file (xml) from another server, the viewer is blank... Is there anything that i missed?

Example case :
My site : sample.com (shared hosting)
XML,images & all files from spot editor stored at : sample2.com (shared hosting)

Hi, indeed the server would have to be specifically configured to allow loading 360 product view XML which many shared hosting solutions wouldn't allow. Our PRO license gives you CDN support where you can host the actual 360 degree images on your external servers (xml files would still need to reside on the same server with the viewer scripts, i.e WordPress in your case).
