Hotspot problem - show multiple

Hallo, I have problem with hotspots.
When I make one turn around, my hotspots multiply. There are print screens in the attachment. Loading the image (start.png) and then rotating the image (rotate.png).
Where is problem?

Joomla 3.10.11
SP Page Builder 3.7.2
