Hotspots not showing up when publishing

Hello,

So, I'm attempting to put hotspots on a product. When I hit publish, the hotspots all show up on the local viewer, but don't update via our site. I thought maybe clearing the cache would work, but that hasn't really done anything.

I haven't added any customization to the hotspots (keeping all the base options) so I'm unsure what it is I'm doing exactly wrong.

Hi! If none of the hotspot indicators (colored circles) are showing up this may be that your web server doesn't allow .svg files by default. SVG is a vector graphic that makes it possible to display sharp images on modern devices and which we use in the latest version of the 360 product viewer.
