I'm trying to make the module work on my Magento site but I'm not getting it. I do step by step and 360 does not appear, just the photo of the product.

Updating:

I did the procedure:

1) app / design / frontend / default / default / layout / webrotate360.xml
2) app / design / frontend / default / default / template / webrotate360

For my theme and now the box appeared but the product does not load. Does anyone know why?
