Image List not clearing/reloading on New Project

When editing a project, after publishing, saving, then closing that project, and then creating a new project based off another as a template, the image list is not cleared and reloaded. It shows the images from the previously opened project. Strangely, saving the project, closing, and reopening brings up the correct image list.

- New Project "A"
- Load images from directory "A" and Advanced > Copy from another project "Z"
- Edit ImageList "A", save, publish, save
- Close Project "A"
- New Project "B"
- Load images from directory "B" and Advanced > Copy from another project "Z"
- Error: ImageList "A" is displayed instead of "B"
- Save Project "B"
- Load Project "B"
- ImageList "B" now shows correctly

Works great! I have not had the error happen on the new build. It also fixed another, probably related thing, where when sometimes loading one certain hotspot would be randomly off-image or way off the path. Thank you!
