Images not loading - only progress bar

Hi There

I have installed and set-up a product in our test site and the only thing that loads is the progress bar. We are using the Journal Theme and I have changed the Page Placeholder to .product-info .left .image. When I load the page at http://217.199.187.74/nu-shoes.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=56783 I only get the progress bar.

Any ideas? Really frustrating as this site is sooooo close to going live now! :idea:

Oh - Forgot to say I've had it working with the standard template and think that WebRotate 360 is a fantastic extension!

The issue is that your web server right now says that the xml file is forbidden for accessing (403 error code). That's what I see if I try loading it directly in my browser via this URL which is the same file that the 360 product viewer is trying to load:

http://217.199.187.74/nu-shoes.co.uk/36 ... config.xml

Please check your server permissions for these folders and files.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have checked the file permissons, and the permissions for the 360assets folder (and folders within) is set for 0755 and the XML file has permissions of 0644.

Hi!

Please try opening the file in your web browser directly using the link above by clicking on it - it still shows Forbidden (403) for me as per the screenshot above.

Note that it says that index.php is what's causing the permission issue. This is outside of our control unfortunately, as it's basically your Apache server reading file / folder permissions and acting accordingly.
