Install Issue - on Mac Sierra

Hi guys,

Hope someone can assist.

I have used the free version and just upgraded to the pro, however it seems like the app is not activating after i input the spoteditor.code and is acting as the free version.

I have tried it a few times and restarted the Mac.

Any suggestions out there?

Hi, thanks again for getting PRO. This usually happens because of how you close the app upon activating the software. From the email we sent: "If your are registering the Mac software, please restart the app using the application close button that resides on the main application window in the left corner."

Please re-try and let us know if it doesn't help.
