I have the same problem after I installed the Webrotate 360 in a fresh copy of Magento 1.7 and implemented in one product that I added, the product pictures just disappeared. Am I missing something during the installation or configuration?
There is anybody who has installed this app successfully? If yes which magento and Webrotate versions are using?

Hi there and sorry for the late reply.. It looks like you are using our older extension. Magento Connect website broke plugin versioning when they deployed their new website update a few months ago and so the main plugin link on Magento Connect doesn't point to our latest plugin version any longer unfortunately.

Please follow the instructions on our magento connect page on the Overview tab and install the latest 2.5.3 plugin from the Release Notes tab instead (you would need to uninstall the previous one first).

Here's a few live magento installations from the field using the integration:

Also if you would like to upgrade to the latest release of the viewer (now v3.0), please follow these steps:

1. Download our free v3 viewer here.
2. Find imagerotator folder in that zip located under Samples and copy it over the same folder that you already have under your Magento skin folder after installation of our Magento module.
3. Find wr360_product_view.xml file under your frontend layout folder and replace jquery-1.6.1.min.js references with jquery-1.7.1.min.js in two places where it's referenced there.
4. Clean Magento cache and it should load the new viewer accordingly.

Adding dynamic hot-spot support will require an extra step which is a bit more involved and requires updating some php code. We will be updating our Magento Extension soon but if you need dynamic hot-spots with this manual v3 update per the steps above, just pings us here.

PS: steps to enable hot-spots are outlined in this post

Hi Kirk - this is a very timely question :) We're planing to release our stable beta Prestashop integration sometime this week. There will be a new Prestashop section on this forum with the announcement.

I'm having some issues with the extension. I have installed the correct version (2.5.3 stable), it's displayed in Magento connect extension list yet nothing is showing up in the configuration menu at all. I have flushed the cache, re-indexed, logged in and out multiple times but no success. I've also re-installed the extension.
I am running version 1.7.0

Hi DeepBlue - sorry about the issues. The steps you have done usually help when a module doesn't show up after being installed in Magento. We have a bunch of people who got it installed on 1.7 also so I guess this is something to do with the environment / hosting. One other thing that we've heard helped with other Magento modules in similar situations was resaving admin or any other user permissions in Admin - maybe you can try that?

If you would like, email us on support at webrotate360.com and let us know your Magento admin account and ftp if possible and we can try to help.

Hi there and sorry for the late reply. 1.7.x is supported but it's hard to say what happened without looking at your Admin settings and also the files / modules installed on your server. We can try to help if you can send us a temp admin and ftp login to support at webrotate360 dot com
