making off line viewer work in chrome or edge

I am testing the free version and the software seems to work great, I published a file and wanted to view it in chrome (And I also tied Edge) and I just get a blank screen. I just want o make sure everything works before I purchase the pro product

Hi Joe,

There's a warning we show when you hit publish in the desktop software that links to FAQ #6 which leads to the following post on our blog. Please review for Chrome for example:

It's just an offline security issue that has a solution as per the link. Let me know if this doesn't help.
