No change when publishing images

Hi

I really need some assistance here... I am publishing my 360 product but every time i do so and check the preview, the background is not solid white as it should be :/

I am using Mac and using the free version of WebRotate360... It has been frustrating me so much that i went and purchased the actual pro license and im just waiting for my details

Any ideas or help?

The email with the license should be on its way. Please check your spam & trash folders just in case. Once spoteditor.code is applied as per the notes in the email, the image filters will apply to the output images.
