Rotator images resizing?

Hello. My images are 725 x 545 pixels, but when applied to my WP site, the code shows it as 598 x 450. Using CSS to revert back to the originally desired size only seems to enlarge the image based upon the 598 x 450. Any idea what may be causing this size disconnect and how I can fix it?
