SFTP, Amazon S3 connection options

The Spot Editor doesn't support the SFTP protocol used by many hosting companies, such as WP Engine. https://wpengine.com/support/sftp/

Would also be nice to have other connection options such as Amazon S3.

Thanks for your input! Would you prefer s3 uploader if available instead of sFTP as this is something we have been debating?

@ForumAdmin, Ideally both would be available. There would be instances where one or the other was available so having support for multiple different connection methods would be much appreciated.
