[SOLVED] Cannot read property 'length' of undefined

I've been bugging about this issue for a day now and still cannot find an answer to it.
Trying to find the cause of the following issue:




It stops the page from being loaded and it doesnt show the image on the site.

Its running the standard jQuery 1.12.4-wp bundle. (i've also tried it with jQuery 3.5.1 using jQuery updater plugin).

What can cause the webrotate360 image not to load?

Hi Yari, it looks like the issue is due to basewidth parameter in the shortcode being in % vs px that the plugin requires. For the explanation of basewidth, please see bullet 3 here:

PS: you may have configured Base Width in the plugin settings in admin, i.e not in the shortcode directly.

I had base width set to 100%... but it needed to be set in pixels. Thanks. It solved the issue.
