SpotEditor, Mono, & El Capitan...

I have installed XQuartz and the Mono Framework package that came with the install.

I copied SpotEditor.app over to Applications.

However, when I try to open it, I get the error message that Mono is not installed, and a link to download it. When I check /Library/Frameworks, all appears to be in place tho. I am running El Capitan 10.11.3.

Any suggestions, please? Thank you!
