Transparent Hotspot Background

Hello,

I'm using a transparent PNG as a static hotspot to show a logo in the same position/size in the viewer window. My problem is even though I'm using a transparent PNG, I'm getting a white background for the image. Is there a way to make this image transparent?

Hi! hmm.. can you please share your graphic as it's unusual that it wouldn't work if the background is indeed transparent? You may send it to support at webrotate360 dot com or attach here.

Hi! We tested the image and it worked fine for us with transparency. Can you please double check that No Fill is set for the hotspot image as per the following screenshot?
