Trouble Embedding

I'm sorry if this is a duplicate post from my first one.

I am having a lot of trouble getting this to work. I created my project, added hotspots and published it. Then uploaded everything to my FTP site and added this shortcode on my post: [wr360embed name="Dyna Baggster" width="100%" height="450px" config="/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/Dyna2Published/dyna2.xml"]

Nothing happens...just empty white space. I also tried the popup shortcode below it, same problem.

What am I doing wrong? Here is the page I'm working on: http://baggster.net/wordpress/dyna-baggster/

No problem, Amy. Please remove the whitespace in Dyna Baggster in the shortcode.

Thanks so much! That worked like a charm. Something so simple!

can you tell me which files exactly need to be uploaded to the FTP site? I'm not sure I brought over only the necessary files.

Hi Amy,

For WordPress, you would need to upload just one folder (the one that has images and one xml file) which is created under 360_assets in the destination folder on Publish in spoteditor.
