Unable to activate Enterprise version with license.lic

Hello,

I have uploaded the
Code: 
license.lic
file I have for an Enterprise license to my
Code: 
/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer
folder, however, on the front end of the website, I still have the "Powered By WebRotate 360" on a viewer instance, when I right click it says "Free 360 Product Viewer", and only 1 of my multiple shortcode-embedded instances is visible on the page. Am I doing something wrong? Any guidance is appreciated.
