Webrotate not fully load (only up to 97%)

I have a 3d model in an iframe, but when I call from the index.html does not load completely, only makes up 97% showing only the first image. You could help me with this please? thank you very much

The issue with 97% is because the 360 viewer is trying to load a hot-spot image (interfazpequeña.jpg) via the following URL but it can't find it. It also gives 404 (file not found) if I try to open this url directly in my browser as per the screenshot:
