WebRotate Tab does not appear in admin panel

Hello,

I installed
Wordpress V 6.4.1
Woocommerce V 8.3.1
WebRotate 360 Product Viewer for WordPress V3.7.0

I see WebRotate in admin>settings (nowebrotate2.png)
but nothing in admin>Woocommerce>Products (nowebrotate.png)
No tab appeared as it should be

Any idea of the problem ?

Hi! There're no separate WooCommerce admin settings. You should still be able to see the WebRotate tab under each product (more details):

And i see nothing.. that's why i'm asking help

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but same thing
I can give you an access if you want

Please see my screenshot it's a page of an individual product. There's the WebRotate 360 tab there (it's expanded with Config File URL field and Root Path). Please see in your setup to confirm.

Hello,
I tried your sample URL in a product : /wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/sampleshoe/config.xml
as you can see on joined screenshot

But nothing appears in the concerned product : https://www.pusa.eus/index.php/produit/tee-shirt-cesta-2/

However WebRotate 360 work welll in my site, as you can see here (page bottom) : https://www.pusa.eus/

What did i wrong ?

It looks like your theme uses a custom gallery module, something like "owp". Our WooCommerce extension comes with its own gallery that is designed to replace Woo's standard one, so there's likely a conflict. Please see if you can get back to the default WooCommerce gallery.

The theme is oceanwp. I'll try to change the WooCommerce gallery but i've got to find where i can do it.
I can't now imagine that i should have to change the entire theme. That would be a lot of work
