Hello!

The products inserted in the wordpress website work but some spoteditor settings do not work.

The zoom does not work and the control icons do not change.

What can it be?

My path on ftp: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/batman

My path in wordpress: [wr360embed name="view01" width="100%" height="500px" config="/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/batman/batman.xml"]

I am copying the 360_assets folder to ftp.

Thanko You very much!

Hi there, it looks like you are not resizing the 360 product images the way we designed it SpotEditor. Here's how the sizing works:

1) Configure your output viewer dimensions (as you expect it to be sized by default on your website page) under the Interface tab with the two sliders, i.e, Width and Height.

2) Go to Images->Tools tab and move the Resize slider to the left - this only controls the dimensions of zoomed-in (high-resolution) & full-screen images. It will switch to zoomed-in mode right away in SpotEditor once you start dragging the slider to give you an idea of the high-res image size. The actual pixel dimensions of the high-res images will show in left top corner as you drag the slider to the left.

3) Once you are happy with the high-res preview, zoom out using the toolbar button at the top, and adjust the crop sliders on the same tab further as needed.

Please check out this video that goes through the steps above.
