Zoom functionality not working

Hi there,

I have purchased a license and integrated webrotate360 into a website. Everything seems to be working apart from the zoom functionality. When you click the icon it toggles between plus and minus, but clicking on the image doesn't do anything.

Is there a certain resolution that the image should be exported as? Or anything else I may have missed that could get this working?

Please post here or email us a link to your page with the viewer (support at webrotate360 dot com) and we will investigate. This hasn't been reported before and I suspect that there's a naming conflict with one of your existing html / css or javascript elemnts on the same page.
