Zoomproblem

Hi all,
could somebody help me to solve the following problem:
On the iPad it is not possible to zoom without the picture getting blured.
On PC and Mac zooming works without any problems.

Hi Alwin,

We believe it's caused by image down-sampling that mobile Safari does automatically on large images (larger than ~2 megapixel). There's still no workaround for this even on the new retina displays from what we know. We will test it in the next couple of days and confirm. In the meantime, please refer to these resources that seem to explain the issue:

A quick test would be to make your high-res images less than 2 megapixel - if the blurriness disappear, the automatic down-sampling is the cause..
