GIF Hotspot Loop

Hi,

I have a loopable GIF I would like to play in a Popup when a Hotspot is clicked. It currently plays through once and then stops. Even when the Hotpot is closed and re-opened, the animation will no longer play.

Is it possible to make this? Stop the GIF when the hotspot is closed? I need something like this...
