Hotspot Problem

Hey,
I´ve got a little problem with the integration of a 360 with hotspots. The integration itself works, but no hotspots are shown on the website. In the published preview of the 360 the hotspots are shown in mozilla.
ps: i´ve got the pro-version.

Please let me know, what i can do to fix this problem.

Also did you send us an email in the last few hours with the confirmation for your PRO license as our email sever was down? If so, please resend.
