Magento webrotate 360 stuck at 97%

I installed this on a fresh Magento 1.9.1.0 install. The demo loads properly but when we changed the images out to our cad exported images it does stops at 97%. I tried removing the last two images from the config file but it didn't help. Any Ideas?

I figured it out. using the developers tool kit I noticed it could not load the spot folder. I copied it in and it is now working!

Next I need to figure out how to get it to rotate automatically without having to hit the play button. Does anyone know how to do that?

Hi there! We actually have a dedicated software (SpotEditor) that helps with the xml, including options for playback, hotspots, etc. This is how our users usually create 3D product views before uploading online. Have you tried it by any chance? Here's a link with downloads and a user guide:

Otherwise, editing xml manually can be quite error prone. But let us know what you think!

Hi I got the test product to work on my test site. http://xcellww.com/index.php/test-rotate.html However on my own test product it only loads up to 8%. http://xcellww.com/index.php/recruit-light-100-2.html Nothing is different between the one that works and the other test product I set up.

Hi! It looks like it can't find some of the images as per this config on that page:

For example, this image can't be found if I try to open it in my browser directly and I see the same issue when the 360 product viewer tries to load the same:

Hi

I got it to work by creating the xml in the editor and adding the javascript file created by the editor. Now I am having problems figuring out how to make the full screen work. Right now it just loads and never shows an image.

That's good news! Thanks for the update (copying javascript was not necessary I think; most likly the reupload under recruit4 just got the images at their expected location).

Full-screen option currently requires PRO license (comparison table). PS: you can hide the full-screen button in SpotEditor and reupload just the xml file to apply the change.
