    3 bars / not loading

Hi there! Your current 360 viewer short-code config (xml) points to the following URL which looks incorrect and doesn't load in a browser if I paste it there directly: http://www.staging.stefanudziela.com/st ... oject3.xml You would likely make it load fine by just setting the short-code...

    Webrotate doesn't work

We're getting closer! Now it just can't find the 360 viewer config file (linked below) on your server as per your short-code. Just double check please that the xml is present at this location as when I paste this link into my browser directly it doesn't load also with 404...

    Webrotate doesn't work

Hi Greg, Here's a couple of notes from a quick review: 1. Your webrotate plugin folder is for some reason called webrotate-360-product-viewer.2.0 with 2.0 at the end which shouldn't have happened with the out-of-the-box installation from wordpress.org. It's best to keep it as-is after...

    SharedViews Wordpress FullScreen Problem

Hi there! Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, due to various web browser restrictions it's not possible to implement full-screen with javascript when the 360 product viewer runs inside an iframe like what happens with the sharedviews script / your sample. You can possibly hide the...

    SpotEditor and OSX 10.8

Hmm.. we just had a couple of folks who confirmed it worked on 10.9. Did you install XQuartz and Mono using the links in this thread? ie: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=249#p352 Also often you'd need to restart your mac for xquartz / x11 to start working correctly on 10.8 / 10.9 .. [UPDATE] Yves...

    remove a company's link

Looks like this is because your viewer setup is still 3.0 and the imagerotator.js we sent via email was for 3.5. To fix it in your link above (removed as your are using pro version of the script now), download 3.5 limited beta from the link below, then navigate to imagerotator/html folder in...

I am trying to contact you by mail, but without success

Let's address the first issue first, and start with the following so we could pin-point where it's coming from: 1) Both webrotate short-codes on your page are wrapped in <pre></pre> blocks which is somewhat unexpected. Please remove thes tags from both short-codes. 2) If this doesn't help...

    remove a company's link

Are you using it in Flash mode by any chance ( _imageRotator.settings.jsScriptOnly = false;) which happens when you uncheck "Use only JavaScript..." on the publish form? If so, then it's Adobe Flash local desktop security that is blocking the license file locally. It only happens when testing...

    remove a company's link

Ok. If you placed the license file into imagerotator folder, then please add this line into the html file before runImageRotator: _imageRotator.licenseFileURL = "imagerotator/license.lic"; Otherwise, the viewer looks for the license in the same folder where html file is.

    remove a company's link

I see, sorry about that. Are you using Mac or Windows as it's possible to copy license file into SpotEditor installation such that it's always applied in SpotEditor on publish? PS: If you drop the license file into the published folder on your desktop and then launch the html sample inside that...

Hi there! Thanks for bringing this up. We do have this capability in our standalone 360 viewer; one of the samples in the free download has a demo with the prettyPhoto popup / lightbox. Images not loading

Try updating your link in the target field such that the flag goes after the closing comma: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --allow-file-access-from-files This should work I think.. probably some OS difference in the way explorer open command works with that...
